Coffee Talk: Bitten By The (Travel) Bug

My inability to sit still has been an ongoing issue since I came out the womb; I'm always moving, doing, or trying something new! Eventually, this energy metamorphosed into a love affair with traveling and exposing myself to new places and cultures.

When I came to college, I was able to exercise this need to explore by traveling to Berlin, Germany during the summer between my freshman and sophomore year and again to London, England this past winter. But lately I've been itching to travel somewhere a bit more....exotic. I've narrowed the destinations to Australia and Bali.

Australia provides the opportunity for me to really get in touch with my active side! I know that I would love to scuba dive off the beautiful Great Barrier Reef for a few days, or stop by Bondi Beach and take surfing lessons. In addition to safari tours offered and the freedom to eat my way through different cities, this destination would be an amazing get away.

Bali came about recently after I read the iconic Eat, Pray, Love novel for the 4th time ( I'm admittedly a bit obsessed). I think that this particular trip would be an opportunity for me to lose myself in myself and just...breathe. I think of mornings spent doing yoga and exploring the temples and historical landmarks when I envision a trip to Bali. Not to mention the fact that the beaches here are absolutely breathtaking.

I know it's going to take me a while to save the money to go to either one of these places; airfare alone is a jaw dropping one thousand dollars, but I've always been a big dreamer and these two places are a MUST in my opinion!

Take a look at some of these amazing pictures and let me know what you think! Have you ever been to Bali or Australia? What are some of your dream travel destinations?

Really amazing sharing I am impressed! Your shared information is very helpful for all blog readers. Professionally I am also a tourist and visited a lot of beautiful places around the world. Australia is one of my favorite tourist destinations. I have been visited this region a month ago after my corning glass tours with my sister. It is a country comprising the mainland of the Australian continent, the island of Tasmania, and numerous smaller islands.
