Goodnight Gorgeous

I don't know about ya'll, but sometimes I have a little trouble falling asleep at night. When I was little, I would crawl in bed with my parents or beg for some company until I drifted off to dreamland.

These days, I usually put my temporary insomnia to good use until I crash. Unfortunately, even with the productivity, watching reruns of The Golden Girls till 2am can quickly take a toll on ones morning mood. So I had to come up with a plan to help soothe myself to sleep.

That's how I came up with Goodnight Gorgeous; my go to guide to relaxing my body and thoughts, so that I can rest a little easier. I've listed some of the tips and tricks I use below!



1. candle. This is one of my favorites from Anthropology
2. eye mask. Sometimes it helps to just block out the world. This is one of my favorite ways to do it.
3. wine. Self explanatory :] 
4. LUSH bath bar. I love bubble baths and LUSH makes them that much more delicious!
