2. Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD. Whenever I need a nice little butt kicking in a short amount of time I pop in this DVD. I've had it for years and it still leaves me sore haha. There are 3 different levels and each workout is just 20 minutes long. All you need to complete them are hand weights and a mat. But do not think this is an "easy way out" workout option haha because it is not. But the burn is the bomb.
3. Adidas X_PLR Shoes. I seriously haven't purchased a non Nike pair of tennis shoes in probably 8 years haha #Loyalty. But these little babies caught my eye over the weekend and I figured it was time for a change. Why I thought all white shoes would be a good idea is yet to be seen haha but they're so so cute and I can't wait to wear them.
4. Instagram Motivation. This one might sound a little weird, but one of my favorite things about the fitness industry are the influencers that I follow on Instagram. Everyday their workout clips, recipes and words of wisdom give me so much motivation haha. 5. The Knockout Sports Bra. This is the best sports bra ever. I'm serious ya'll. If you need a little extra support this guy is 100% the way to go. I love it because it basically has a built in bra that clamps in the center and then a zipper that hides the first layer. This bra is run proof, jump proof, life proof. Plus they come in so many fun colors! Right now Victoria's Secret is having a sale so if you buy any sports bra you get a pair of sport leggings for just $30 no holla!! These pants are normally $70 ya'll. This ain't no game haha.
